Halloween Festivities

On Halloween, all of my siblings and their families got together for dinner, a penny carnival, and trick-or-treating at my Mom's. All of the grand kids took turns playing games and participating in activities including a cake walk, "fishing," ring toss,  doughnut on a string, bean bag toss, a duck pond, etc... They loved playing the games and loved winning prizes!

I took at least 15 pictures of this. Trying to get 9 kids to smile for a picture is an impossible feat... this is the best photo. Oh, and don't mind Michael's hand there on the bottom of the frame. :)

After the festivities, we took a few minutes to take some pictures and then everyone went out for a night of trick-or-treating... everyone except Andi, Michael, and me. Andi decided she would prefer to sleep, and Michael and I stayed behind to watch her and pass out candy to all of the neighborhood kids. Michael and I brought some chairs out to the front porch and watched a movie on his laptop while we were waiting.

Kimball loved being in his bear suit. He ran around trying to scare the girls with a not-so-ferocious bear "ba!"

We had so much seeing all of the kids dressed up in their costumes. There are few things cuter than kids (especially ones that I absolutely adore) in costumes!!
